A Special Birthday- Sweet little sunshine #6Completed by Jennie Settle

Printed onto matte photo paper 190gsm. Cut out topper and decoupage. Placed topper onto an 8 x 8 scalloped card with double sided tape. Added decoupage with foam pads. Then placed two purple bows over the buttons and put multi green coloured beads around the edge.

A very pretty cute card to make and embellish.
