Cute Tennis Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Janet Maureen Harvey

The image was printed out onto 180grm paper and the main image was matted to a 5 x 7 card with double sided sticky tape. 2mm foam pads were used for the layers and the birthday sentiment.

Finally, a narrow gold peel-off border was added around the image.

A cute image for tennis buffs.
