Tennis Girl Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Lorraine Reed

This is a great topper for any sporty person, child or adult. I covered an A5 white card with a background of green Happy Birthday words. I then placed the topper background onto this layering the rest of the cut image with silicone finishing with the 'with love' badge.
