I printed onto matt photo paper cut around the edge and placed onto cream card blank i used shaped scissors to get the scalloped edge along the side of the card then went around the edge with a glitter gel pen in similar colour to frame i placed a decoupage image in the centre of the frame using foam pads and sillicon glue and added some peelable gems to the four corners monted a text onto silver card and added to the top of the card using foam pads
