I added a message to the center of the frame and printed the sheet on glossy photo paper. I cut around the flourishes on the image with the message and matted it to a piece of patterned paper and then to a piece of darker paper.
I attached it all to a white card. For my second card I matted the base sheet to a piece of patterned paper and attached it to a white textured card.
I then raised the frame with foam strips. Easy to make and lots of possibilities for different occasions.
