Church Lights on Plum Anglaise Scallop Card Front Frame

I have designed these scalloped base and frames to match the scalloped 3D kits that I have available. You can use them either with the cards in the kit as a base or use them on your own cardstock.

Ideal for a effective card topper and very easy to make.

Simply cut out the base layer and then using 3D glue or foam place the frame layer on top, or alternatively make it into a shaker card front.

Please check the multi link for other styles and the matching kit in this design.
