Shabby Chic Style Cupcake Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Jayne Taplin

I printed the image onto good quality paper then cut out the decoupage layers. These were added to the topper using 3d foam pads. I added red stickles glitter onto the cakes and cherry then created a bow to add to the corner.

Makes a fab 8x8" card that could be used for many occasions.
