This card topper has a water fountain with birds and grapes for the decoupage layers
The sentiment tags say,
Happy Birthday
Best Wishes
Thank You
This card topper would also be very suitable for a Thanks Giving , or congratulations, or a dinner invitation.
Just add a nice bottle of wine and it would make a very nice hostess gift.

Printed this design onto photo paper and cut out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of my card and added a silver wavy border all round the edges, I finished my card by making up the design using 2mm sticky pads
