I printed onto Photo Paper and cut out all the pieces. I cut a square a little bigger than main piece from pink card stock and attached the main piece onto it using DST.

I then attached it to a white felt card again using DST.

I used foam pads to attach the decoupage. I used glitter on some flowers and on each edge of the scallops on the design. I then used some glitter on the cake. To finish of I used some bling on flowers and edges of card. A fun pretty design to make.
