I printed the design onto 160 gm card and cut out the pieces. The main piece was mounted onto a c\rd blank using dst and the other pieces were layered using 2mm foam pads. I added the small design to the inside of the card again using dst.
This is such a cheerful design - I love it.

Printed main design onto 130gsm matte inkjet paper and mounted base picture onto orange card stock. Attached 3D elements with foam pads and used a border sticker around the edge. Used a touch of glitter, faux gems and added greeting.
