Copied to gloss photo Paper and cut out all the elements. Punched round the card stock before matting the base card to it. Built up the decoupage using silicone glue. Threaded some ribbon around the card and finished it off with bows. I used the decal inside the card.
This is a very elegant, cool card suitable for various occasions.
