I reduced the size of the files so I could fit two to a sheet of 8 1/2" x 11" glossy photo paper. Printed two copies of the topper, covered a 5 1/2" card with coordinating stash paper, then attached a topper with spray adhesive.
Added decoupage from both copies of the topper with silicone gel, also a sentiment. Finished with white peel-off borders and a bit of bright green glitter glue on the butterflies and flower centers.
