I printed one of the designs onto matt photo paper, folded and scored white card stock and cut the design out I glued the base picture onto the card stock adding the Happy Birthday which I stuck down with sticky pads to give it height.

I then added peel off strips and stars and finished off with glitter glue on the roses. Very easy and effective.
