Topper - Elegant 1Completed by Susan Cummings

The sheet was printed on photo paper. I attached two pieces of A4 pearl white card together, then cut to size. The main image has been attached to white lacy organza, then on to the card.

The flowers have been added using silicone glue, Pearl gems have been added to finish.
