After printing and cutting out i mounted main picture onto C5 punched corner card . I added blue gems around the main picture then added decoupage with foam pads i then finished by adding ruffle ribbon down spine of card .

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a C5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
