I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 scalloped edged card. I added the panels using thin foam tape. I attached the design to the inside of the card using double sided tape.
I cut a fancy Tattered Lace panel on the front of the card then added the greeting using thin foam tape.
