Roses on Shimmering Lilac TopperCompleted by Rae Trees

I printed the design on good quality photo paper, I attached the base to a cream card stock than onto a lilac card.

I assembled the elements with silicone glue.

I used crystal glitter on the flounce and butterflies and it looks lovely ( probably won't show in the photo) Beautiful design, the colours are brilliant.
