I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I added the decoupage pieces using silicone glue.

I added glitter to the pearls around the greeting, to the large gems and to the centre of the flowers to enhance the lovely design.
