Pretty Fantasy Floral and Flutters in a FrameCompleted by Susan P. B.

I copied to glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements. Found a turqoise backing paper in my kit and matted it to lavender variated card then matted the base card onto this. I layered the decoupage using silicone glue, rounded off the edges on the flower and butterfly. I put a blank tag at the top. Using silver peel-offs I made up a border and to finish the card off I found a silver drop earing to create a moon and moonbeams.

This is a glorious design, with gorgeous colour tones a definite gallery/ shop addition.
