This design I printed onto glossy paper and found it has a blue/purple tinge, so I used a sparkly purple card.
I cut the card first of all with a fancy edge cutter, then mounted the main picture with dst onto the card.
The roses were cut out and decoupaged using silicone glue to complete a very pretty card.
