Morning Glory & Golden Frame
This lovely topper features beautifully painted morning glory flowers on a fancy golden frame. It has a single layer of decoupage to add depth and five greetings to choose from. The greetings are happy birthday, with love, birthday wishes, happy mother's day and my friend.

I printed off the sheet onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto gold mirror card, added a pale blue feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 card base i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.
I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Star Dust, Glam Pink, Waterfall, Tropical Tangerine & Diamond Stickles to add some sparkle.
Reduced the size and printed on matte photo paper, covered a card with bronze pearl card, glued the topper in place, added the decoupage and sentiment with silicone gel, and finished with a bow.
