Lilac Beauty

A pretty floral topper with a lace edged inner frame and damask outer frame. Lilac and purple roses and lilacs adorn the corner with a tonal ribbon with gemstone to the top. The opposite corners are adorned with sparkling gems and there is a large ornate sentiment plaque in the middle. Two sentiments are included along with ribbon decoupage.
