This beautiful card topper is perfect for celebrating so many special occasions!

I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a purple mat than onto a white card.
I assembled the elements with foam pads and added one of the sentiments. Beautiful design..

I used the "Congratulations" sentiment, but layered it slightly ajar with the blank one underneath for added dimension. I then adhered the base topper onto an A5 Crafty Bob's white card base before adding a lilac and silver ribbon down the spine. Using Orchid Liquid Pearl dots around the lace border where the jems exist on the design, before finally adhering a silver peel-off in the top RH corner to finish off.
