Happy Wishes Card TopperCompleted by Tracey Drage-Baillie

I printed this onto regular glossy photo paper and once cut out, I layered the decoupage using foam pads.

I then used double sided tape to stick the complete picture onto cream pearlesant card which I cut round to match the shape of the picture 'frame'.

To finish off, I simply added a little glamour dust glitter and a small piece of contrasting ribbon down the side of the card base.
