Girl in Summer Dress Topper 1Completed by Belling Designs

I printed twice on A4 white card and cut out. I folded pink card in half (open at bottom) and stuck on main card with DS foam pads. I decoupaged the second piece of card. The second page I cut out the birdcage only and decoupaged with DS foam pads.

I used silver glitter glue on the card, finished off with a pink bow and silver peel off sentiment.
