This soft, romantic, feminine image, certainly lends itself to a special female occasion or celebration, and one for a card making enthusiast, to make, and have, in their greeting card stash.

I printed the sheet provided twice. I used one copy of the main element, to back with a blue card, which measures,13cm x 9.5cm. I made a second backing sheet in silver which measures, 14cm x 10.5cm. I used a deep mauve, 2.5cm wide, satin ribbon, to attach to this silver backing sheet. I measured in, from the left hand side, 2cm, and attached the ribbon vertically, at this, 2cm mark. I attached it firmly, at the back of the silver backing sheet, with red power tape.

I then used padded D.S. tape to attach the backing sheet, to the front, of a white card, which measures 15 x 11.5cm, leaving a larger margin at the top, which measures, 0.5cm . This was to allow room for the mauve bow at the top left hand side. I used some very fine, fuschia, coloured, glitter strips, around the edges of the silver backing sheet. I then used the same padded tape to attach the topper with the blue backing sheet on top of the card front. I used a wider glitter, peel off strip in the same fuschia shade, to edge the topper. I used a silver flower, to cover with a peel off lace doily, and attached it, using padded D.S. tape squares, over the left hand side of the perfume bottle.

I then used the second copy, to cut out the 2 bottles separately. I attached these, as a decoupage, and then added one of the flower sprays, using padded D.S. tape squares.

I made a simple bow and attached it on an angle, at the top left hand corner, with power tape.

The insert was very easy, as I had 2 side pieces, I could use to add to the left and right hand side of the insert. I added 2 of the flower sprays, and an Hello sentiment. I have left a space for the personal greeting. A beautiful card. Thank You, Pauline, I am delighted with the result.

I have added another photograph of a recent greeting card using this as a background for a romantic stitching pattern, Ed219 Valentine Mandala. I have reduced the contrast to give a mystical romantic feel to the completed topper.
