I used a background from my stash for a little frame.

I glued onto a nice grade vanilla card stock that I cut and folded to the dimensions needed. Then I added a pink ribbon bow and the little words "to do"and "NOW" and then a cute bicycle. On the inside panel I put stickers YES! GET BUSY GIRL! I made a matching envelope to add to the specialness of hand made.
