Fleur Boudoir - Fancy Card Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Rae Trees

I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a lilac colored card. I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue and added one of the sentiments. I added some silver decorative corners and edging. Beautiful design.
