This lovely topper features lilac flowers and cogs, giving the floral card a feminine steampunk twist. It has an extra plaque which could be used to decoupage onto the main image, or as a separate topper.

I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a white card front feeling it was the best to make the design stand out. I then added silver peel off corners and borders.
I used silver liquid pearls on all the cogs etc (hard to tell in the pictures but it looks like real metal) Finally a green bow and some white liquid pearls on the scrolls.
This looks amazing in person! love it!
