I printed the design on to good quality smooth card and cut it out. I then layered it up with foam pads and added gems to the centres of the flowers and a sentiment to the centre of the design.
I then punched holes in the side of the design and threaded ribbon through them to give the impression of a book.
I added this to a white card.
