Fanciful Heart and Flowers Topper

I printed this image onto decoupage paper,mounted the main image to some red shinny paper cut around the image leaving a narrow border,then mounted this to a square scalloped card,i cut on heart,then mounted this to red shinny paper cut around it leaving an edge showing,did the same with the middle of another hart with the chosen text on,and mounted this to the card.
