I printed this sheet on to photo paper and cut out all the elements. I mounted the main topper on to a burgundy card with dst and used foam pads to add the decoupage.
I added the butterflies with silicone glue, a burgundy satin ribbon bow and a Thank you greeting.

I printed on matte card with a cream border on the side and cut out the border o long this.
I wet glued ti a matching base card the added layers with foam squares. I edged the tags and sentiment and highlighted the butterflies with gold glitter.
