Card Topper 1 Flying Penguin 105Completed by Linda Short

Printed on matt photo paper and placed on 7 x 7 scalloped card. Built up image with foam pads. Added my selected sentiment and finished with shimmer edging. Cute, fun and very pretty. Love it.
