Bouquet and Lace Oval Topper & DecoupageCompleted by Rae Trees

I printed two copies of the design on good quality photo paper and attached the base to a blue die cut doily and then to a white card.

I printed the second copy a size smaller and put the oval over the original to give the look of two layers of lace.I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue and added four blue corners to the white card.

Love the design!
