Blushing Rose Card Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Chrissy Rowe

I mounted the main image onto silver paper and then taped onto a 14cm square card,and decoupaged the rose after I had glittered up the layers.

With the first layer of decoupage I attached this to the large tag that comes on the sheet and backed the tag onto some pearlescent card which I thought could then be used as a bookmark.
