I printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to card stock. I then assembled the decoupage and added the "Get Well Soon" tag.

Printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the pieces , I attached the main image onto a scalloped edge card using DST and added the other layers with 2mm foam pads.
This is a lovely design suitable for various occasions.
