I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements.I layered the main image onto a shaped matte and mounted it onto stock card.I added the decoupage using foam pads and finished the card by adding pearls and a liitle spray of ribbon flowers....such a beautiful shaped topper and gorgeous colours.
