Beautiful Rose Topper with FluttersCompleted by Margarette Blakeborough

I had a few attempts at this card before settling on this one which was printed on good photo paper.

I made a matching base card then added the decoupage with foam squares. I added gold glitter to two of the sentiments and added the same way.
