8 Mixed Blue Floral Tag ToppersCompleted by Rosina Walker

I printed these pretty tag toppers onto a sheet of decoupage paper,then mounted them to some firm card stock,i then cut around them,i haven't punched holes in them as i shall be using them with d/s tape on the back,and use them to stick on to gifts,they are very pretty tags.
