Scalloped Topper Bookmark and TagCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of my card, i then cut around the design, so that the card was the same shape as the design, to finish i laminated the bookmarks so that they would last, this is a beautiful design for any lady, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
