I printed this sheet on glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements. I made an easel card from a 6 x 6 card blank and attached musical backing paper cup 66910_566 with dst.

I attached the main picture to gold card to strengthen it and trimmed round the edges before layering the rest of the elements with foam pads.

I attached it to the easel card with extra strong dst and used the Get Well Soon sentiment as the stopper.

A really impressive design which looks great when finished.
