I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a pink punched mat then onto a cream mat and finally onto a lighter pink card..
I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue and added one of the sentiments.
I added a cream bow and silver decorative elements.Beautiful design.
