Red Roses & Heart Square Topper + DecoupageCompleted by SYLVIA Chapman
OccasionValentines & Romance / Valentines Day
As a lover of both roses and decoupage this was a perfect card to make.I printed it onto Bob's best decoupage paper and stuck the base plate to the card blank using DST having first run a red vellum hand punched border around the card, attached the decoupage using foam pads and added butterflies to the corners plus my own sentiment tag.
