Pretty Roses and Flutters in a Green Frame Card Topper

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 square scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I attached the butterflies using silicone glue. I added glitter to the small white flowers around the roses. A beautiful card when finished.
