Pink Polka Dots and Roses TopperCompleted by Wayne Swan

I printed the design on CUP´s Premium Gloss 250 gsm Craft Photo Paper. I clipped the items out. I made a matching card in a Pink that matched the pink in the design. I made 2 wave borders and a Sentiment in Cream.

I glued the main design and borders on the base card. I attached the Decoupage/ 3D and Sentiment on with Sticky pads. A Quick and easy Beautiful design made in to a Gorgeous card! It´s Lovely and I recomend it to all of you out there! Enjoy your crafting!
