Peach & Pink Rose FountainCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionFloral / Floral Roses
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to white card with DST, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with pink raindrops to roses and corners.
A stunning design, I love it.

This gorgeous topper has two layers of decoupage to add depth. I also have this design listed with pyramid layers instead of decoupage.
