This lovely topper features a gorgeous hat embellished with beautiful heritage roses. It has decoupage, two greetings and a blank greetings tile.

I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to C5 white card, added toppers with foam pads and finished with gold cord and bow to spine.

The design was printed on quality cardstock and the decoupage was done with foam pads. The card front was adhered, with double sided tape, to a cream card. Gold peel-off stickers were used to border the card front edges and to decorate each corner.
This is a lovely, vintage, card that is suitable for many occasions.
