I printed this image onto a sheet of decoupage paper,then mounted the base image to an 8x8 card,i decoupaged up the roses,added crystal glitter to the edge of each petal of the roses,and on the swirls at the top and bottom of the heart,i have used liquid pearls up the sides of this image,i then made a gift tag.
