Gorgeous Red Rose 8x8 TopperCompleted by Valerie Spowart

I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to scalloped edge, square white card added decoupage with foam pads and finished with silver border peel-offs, red crystal gems to corners and red bow.

A beautiful design in stunning colours.
