English Roses Arched Topper + DecoupageCompleted by Johanna Lambert
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Floral
I printed the sheet onto good quality white card and cut out the images. I mounted the main image onto a layer of pink card and then onto my card base using DST.
I then added the decoupage with foam pads and finished by adding a greeting and gold corner peel off - really pretty design.
